My Yoga experience
Heyyy:)
I am here to write about my very first Yoga class in Budapest. It is not my first ever, so that's why I added Budapest as well. It took me a long time to find the place which is in Óbuda(on the other side of the city for me and approximately 1 hour journey with public transportation) and even more strength and will power to actually go.
But yesterday for some reason I had this crazy idea why not go before a stressful afternoon shift at the Hotel.
By the way my day was shit at the hotel I kept making horrible mistakes, as if it was my first day.
Nevermind, this post is about the yoga class.
I never really liked male p.e. teachers or coaches or trainers but I still went for a male yogi which wasn't my brightest idea. As one of the ladies there later told me, this guy holds the hardest most tiring yoga classes at this studio.(While I am sitting here and writing this, every part of my body hurts, it hurts really bad.)
Even though he made me work really hard and sometimes I felt like fainting(because I haven't eaten anything before) and I was wet till my bra, seriously all the clothes I had were wet. Although i have to add it was this new type of yoga this Hot Yoga class where the room is heated to 38 celsius degrees while doing the exercises.
The goal of the first class was, according to the yogi, to stay in the room until the end of the class. Well I managed somehow but after a while when we were already done with some exercises and He said:
So now that we are done warming up we can start the yoga class
I swear I was about to cry. I couldn't believe that the hard stuff that I have had just done was just warming up. But the feeling!! The feeling of walking out as a winner from that awfully hot and humid room was the best i felt in my life, although i have to add that one of the worst feelings I ever had occured just a few hours later at work,so i guess I can say yesterday was the day of extremes.
Now I have this 10 day trial period so I am going for a later class today evening as well, but I really need to think about continuing. It is a really expensive studio and I am currently not so well off. I have put my money in the bank as part of a saving and I can't touch it for three months now. I am going to have to figure something out I guess. I wonder when my next day off will be so that i can go home.
I think yoga is the thing, it is tiring but not crazy exercising with a crazy trainer and it gives a nice toned body as well.
At the end a picture of how it looks like from the outside.
Rina off to... well to spend a great day off ending.
